Shipping policy
Shipping Times We do our best to get placed orders out same or next day but please allow 1-2 business days to process and ship orders, and 5-10 business days to deliver parcel after receiving shipping notification - NOT including weekends and holidays.
All orders placed after 1pm CST on Fridays will count as a non working day and will be considered ordered on the following Monday. Understand in a perfect world this would be an exact science but human error and delays can happen within the postal system and on the odd occasion a parcel may come sooner or experience delays. We appreciate your patience and understanding in these rare instances.
During sales please allow additional time as order volume is expected to be greater.
Canadian Orders come with tracking and will be emailed to the email supplied at checkout once the order has shipped.

International Shipping Flat-rate shipping does NOT typically come with a tracking number. Tracking or expedited shipping options are available and if required need to be selected at checkout, these options can not be added once order has been completed.
Lost/Stolen Packages
We are also able to track shipments(from our end) but please keep in mind - we receive the same information that you will be emailed and can only track orders that are placed with a tracking number and do not receive or have access to any additional information.
Some large or BULK listings may not qualify for free shipping.
Tumblers are currently not available for purchase to Australia customers.
Import Fees International import fees, which may include duties, taxes, or tariffs are the responsibility of the buyer and not included in the purchase price. The Blinging Bluebird does not collect or remit import fees and/or tariffs on international orders.
Please be advised that The Blinging Bluebird is not responsible for any duties or taxes assessed by Customs. Any adjustments or increases resulting from tariffs, or from the date and time the shipment crosses the border (regardless of the pickup date or transit delays), are beyond our control.
If a package is returned to us because fees were not paid and/or package was refused by receiver, a credit issued will only be available on goods returned in new saleable condition and will equal the cost of the order minus any shipping or return shipping, duty, tariffs, taxes or processing or restocking fees.
